Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager in Baia Mare, Romania

The purpose of the role

Maintain a professional relationship with the customers and provide administrative support

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain a professional relationship with the customers by communicating through various channels: e-mail, chat, and phone calls
  • Prepare billing & payment documents
  • Drafting of various business documents
  • Receiving / sending the mail
  • Supply purchasing

Human Resources Tasks

  • Preparing individual employment contracts, and other HR documents (income certificates, certificates of employment, etc)
  • Filling in employees time records
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  • Update internal records (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced knowledge of English (verbal & written)
  • Good knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel)
  • Very good communication skills
  • High attention to details
  • Very good organisational skills
  • Knowledge of the labour code (is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of Revisal (is an advantage)
