Assistant Manager
About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager in Baia Mare, Romania
The purpose of the role
Maintain a professional relationship with the customers and provide administrative support
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain a professional relationship with the customers by communicating through various channels: e-mail, chat, and phone calls
- Prepare billing & payment documents
- Drafting of various business documents
- Receiving / sending the mail
- Supply purchasing
Human Resources Tasks
- Preparing individual employment contracts, and other HR documents (income certificates, certificates of employment, etc)
- Filling in employees time records
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Update internal records (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced knowledge of English (verbal & written)
- Good knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel)
- Very good communication skills
- High attention to details
- Very good organisational skills
- Knowledge of the labour code (is an advantage)
- Knowledge of Revisal (is an advantage)
