Sales-Marketing Director
About the role
We are looking for a Sales-Marketing Director in Baia Mare, Romania, who will be involved in the company’s business development.
The purpose of the role
Develops sales strategies and ensures the increase of sales volume.
Tasks & responsibilities
Sales Tasks:
- Prospects the market and identifies new opportunities for development
- Represents the company and presents the products to the new potential customers
- Maintains long-term professional relationships with the customers
- Manages the customers portfolio & database
- Business travel / customer meetings
- Prepares and sends offers to the customers
- Reports to the Managing Director
Marketing Tasks:
- Manages the company’s social media accounts
- Creates advertisements for the online environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales (preferably products) & marketing
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Marketing/Business field
- Advanced knowledge of English (verbal & written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Very good communication skills
- Very good persuasion skills
- Customer Orientated
- Flexibility
- Driver’s license B is a must
- Available to travel in Romania and abroad
- Available for a long-term collaboration
